Mr. Shri Prakash, our Director – Employees Engagement, is a distinguished professional with a B.Tech in Printing Technology and Leadership Management from ISB Hyderabad. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the industry, Mr. Prakash expertise spans leadership in both human resource management and strategic operations. In addition to his role as a Director - Employees Engagement, he also oversees the Commercials and Procurement functions, showcasing his versatility and in-depth understanding of business processes. His strong background in fostering talent, optimizing procurement strategies, and driving operational efficiency has been integral to our organization’s growth. Mr. Prakash commitment to nurturing a collaborative and innovative workplace continues to inspire excellence and align with our company’s vision for sustainable success.

Mr. Rahul Singh
Deputy General Manager – HR & Admin

Mr. Rahul Singh, Deputy General Manager – HR & Admin, brings over 14 years of rich experience in the entire spectrum of Human Resources and Administration. He is an SAP (HANA) Certified Consultant, a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional, and holds an Executive Program (PGCHRM) in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur (2013-2014), along with an MBA in Human Resource Management (2018).

With expertise in Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, and Integrated Talent Management, Mr. Singh has developed honed skills in recruitment and selection, interviews, orientation, induction, grievance handling, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Learning & Development (L&D), and other corporate HR functions. A growth-oriented and results-driven professional, he has demonstrated strong executive leadership, fostering high employee morale with his innovative ideas.

Within less than six months of joining the organization, Mr. Rahul Singh has introduced a series of impactful policies, including the Leave Policy, Travel Policy, ATS, Automated Attendance Management, POSH, Whistle Blower, among others. His initiatives are set to transform the HR & Admin Department and significantly enhance organizational efficiency.

Assistant General Manager – Finance

Mr. Ashok Kumar, Assistant General Manager – Finance, Commerce Graduate from University of Calcutta in millennium year and Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant in 2014 and having rich experience over 24 years in field of Strategic Finance, Accounting, Capital Budgeting Direct & Indirect Taxation & Auditing in Construction Industries and currently associate with Durga Construction since 7th April,2025.
