Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Supply Chain Management & Procurement

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AGM / DGM – Procurement to oversee procurement operations and supply chain processes at our Head Office in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the construction sector, with a strong background in vendor management, Vendor deployment, procurement, and technical negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor deployment.
• Draft and negotiate work orders and work order clauses.
• Conduct technical negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Deploy subcontractors and material suppliers to project sites.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, and evaluate technical capabilities.
• Issue work orders and purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the Building, Railway, or Road construction sectors.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, vendor deployment, work order drafting, and technical negotiations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and subcontractor deployment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Candidate must have experience with vendor deployment or vendor empanelment in East India.
• Candidate should Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering background
